You may have noticed a slight change in the Instacart look. No, we didn’t get new sunglasses, but we are leaving our old look behind in 2015.
Instacart has grown a lot in the 3 ½ years we’ve been around. We have more than 300 employees and thousands of shoppers who are serving customers in 18 cities across the country.
Why the new look? We opted for a more cohesive brand to unite our iconic Carrot and logotype. Our goal was to create something that was down to earth, smart, vibrant, dependable and thoughtful — and we think this new face of Instacart captures that essence and reflects our product and experience clearly.
You expect Instacart to be there for you so you can do the things that you love. Having food on the table for dinner and giving you that extra hour to cook or prep? You got it. Planning that outing to the park? We got you covered. Holiday dinner? No problem. Valentine’s chocolates, roses, and ingredients for a romantic evening? Done.
You depend on Instacart to get you the right ingredients to make your evening, your week, and your experiences that much more vibrant. The seamlessness of our process, and the thoughtfulness of our shoppers and entire team is reflected in our identity.
