Instacart has partnered with USA for UNHCR—the UN Refugee Agency—to provide urgent assistance to address the escalating humanitarian crisis in Europe.
Over 7 million people have been displaced by the conflicts in Syria. Beginning today, customers of Instacart, while in the process of buying groceries for their families, will have the option of also donating food rations for refugee families with the click of a button. These food rations will help feed exhausted refugee families, many with children, who are fleeing persecution and conflict.
Our hope today is that we can help make it incredibly easy for Americans to contribute what they can to aid in this growing crisis. Any sum, large or small, can make a difference for refugee families.
